Bandit Trans Am Club Polo Shirts

You can't have a Trans-Am club without official shirts. So we decided to make custom t-shirts for our members.  Our club shirts are made of 50% cotton, 50% polyester so they don't keep shrinking in the wash like other shirts. They are black short sleeve polo's with two-tone gold embroidery and the classic Firebird Trans Am logo blazing on the left chest. The font for the lettering is the actual font GM used for the old-style German look. Our members went on a search to end the mystery of the font GM used and found it for sale on a website in Germany.  One of our members, Jeffrey Wright, won a free shirt for his tips that led to us finding, and purchasing the font for 90 Euros.  It originated in 1933 and was used on some German Deutschmarks, and other things like posters and signs.  We now use the font for our club certificates, mailing labels, and more.   The font is for sale below, and has been used for many things.

For shipping outside the USA, or if you don't have a Pal Pal account, email me at geoholt3@comcast.net , and we'll figure out a way to get you a shirt.

We would also like to acknowledge Brett Campbell from www.78TA.com for allowing us to use his original design of a similar shirt that he sells on his website. He even got us in touch with his shirt maker who made us a great deal on them. If you get some time, go to Brett's website and say thanks!  Brett also does the website for the T/A Nationals every year!

The above "TRANS AM" was written with the Windows Element Font.
(As you can see, it matches the decal on the car perfectly!)
It's very easy to add to your Windows fonts.
